Ammaar Saeed

Ammaar received his AB from Harvard College, where he studied biology and statistics. There, he worked with Doeke Hekstra to study allosteric regulation in PTP-1B. After graduation, he completed an MPhil at the MRC-LMB with Andrew Carter, where he studied coordination of the motor proteins dynein and kinesin. Ammaar returned to Harvard for his Ph.D. and joined the Brown lab in September 2025.
